THE PARK

The northwest corner of Robertson Park contains the WA Veteran Tennis Club's tennis courts.

In the park, near the corner of Carr and Fitzgerald Streets is a rennovated house.

The Studio is between these two buildings, in the middle of the open lawn to the south (city side) of the tennis courts.

The southeast corner of the park contains a winter lake.

In 2004 the Town of Vincent spent $500,000 on improving the Park, with new trees, gardens, paths, lighting, public art, seating and a winter lake.

Currently the factories to the south of the park are being converted into housing.

Aug-Sept 2007 saw the playground in the middle of the park removed while a new main sewer was tunnelled under the park from Fitzgerald to Brisbane Street.

In June 2008 adult exercise equipment was installed by the Town of Vincent.
